Clients that need a little direction, planning and structure after being off track with your progress may choose the Transition package to help them back on track.

If you need extra support and more regular check-ins – the Transcend package may be ideal for you.

Transcend is a package great for those who need that extra support. You may have more than one health concern that requires a slow and steady approach with your weight loss, or you may prefer to have weekly progress sessions rather than fortnightly.
